Instruction
- Upon arrival at the terminal, there will be a representative waiting for you. Looking for your name signage specified as in registered. Show your passport together with confirmation email/ voucher to our officer to confirm your identity and enjoy exclusive buggy service right away.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
- For cancellation made less than 47 hours prior to the selected date is Non-refundable.
Term and conditions
- The booking must be made at least 3 working days prior to arrival date.
- This service can be used on the selected date and time only.
- This service is available at Suvarnabhumi International Airport only.
